Week of Grace: Featured Guests for April!

I’m honored to have five wonderful guests who will be journaling with me for Week of Grace starting tomorrow. They are Mike Deibler, MS, CSCS of San Diego Premier Training and My Workout Creator, Dr. Pia Martin, DC, CCN of North Coast Wellness Center, Jill Thomas, CCHT of Healthy Habits Hypnosis, my wonder client Kris, and my awesome sister Cherry. These are all amazing human beings who have directly supported and inspired me, and I’ll be happy to tell you a little more about them as the week goes by.

I’m looking forward to reading their gratitude responses in the comments, and hope you’ll join in as well!

Beaten to Death by Butterflies

A while back, I heard the phrase “beaten to death by butterflies” to describe how all the little stresses of work and life cumulatively add up to a overwhelming sense of helplessness or failure. Exercise and eating habits can fall to the wayside because they just add to the swarm.

I’d really like to hear from you… what do you do to manage your attacking butterflies? You can comment below, tweet me @cparkburke, or send me an email at christine@lightheartedfitness.com.
