1/2 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
1/2 Cup Chopped Frozen Spinach
4 TBS Fresh Salsa
Mix the eggs and rice together, then scramble them, either in a non-stick frying pan or in the microwave. Dress with salsa and eat! Yum yum!
